THE WOMEN'S DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
PROGRAMME DETAILS
Women's Development Programme
The programme is designed to support high potential female talent during the transitionary period from mid to senior management, equipping them with the skills and mindset required to lead change, champion openness and to be the impactful, responsible, purpose-driven leaders of tomorrow. As our research shows, mid to senior level management is when most female executives are at risk of leaving the workforce, resulting in companies losing vast amounts of experience, insights and talent potential. The Women’s Development Programme serves to inspire, engage and open up new networks to support women as they advance in their careers.
